Queries on License

I saw that you have clearly mentioned as per the above URI that the dataset will be released under Apache 2.0 but I was not able to find any license attached to the repo.

Is this intentional?
If not, I would kindly request you to add one according to your liking, so that it  can help me as well as any other visitors .
