Breaks when minimizing tabs

The screen goes black when you minimize all the tabs, and you can't bring back minimized tabs.

It isn't necessarily a black screen it is more of a wallpaper or a background all you have to do is right-click it and it should show chrome just click on chrome they should come back. Hope this helps
