Have header state persist between pages #11

Possibly related to #3 in the fact that JS POST requests would solve it.
Should one switch pages when the header is in its "minimized" state it becomes bigger for a moment before animating down to the minimized version again. Ideally, this animation would only trigger if the header was previously at full size.
