Feature request: Block detection extra check

Hi, add an extra check if the profile picture and status are visible, to prevent false positives. If those load, and aren't cached, then you aren't blocked.

WhatsApp downloads the profile picture somewhere, so you would need to check every time to see if the profile picture has been changed to "no picture".

Can you start the download and just check if the " no picture" response shows up? Maybe make it an extra toggle in the mod settings with the warning of extra data usage?
