[Feature] Implement a github pages documentation website

For Castoe Streamer it could be an option to create a documentation website that's hosted with Github Pages.

Something like the documentations from https://discord.js.org/#/docs/main/stable/general/welcome

Of course, this takes some time but perhaps there's a method to generate the docs to an HTML/CSS output?
