Description:

Install Stellar SDK and create utility functions for blockchain interactions.

Tasks:

• Install @stellar/stellar-sdk
• Create /lib/stellar directory
• Configure Horizon server connection
• Create utility: initialize network
• Create utility: validate Stellar addresses
• Create utility: format amounts
• Test connection to Stellar testnet
• Document Stellar utilities

Acceptance Criteria:

• Stellar SDK properly installed
• Can connect to Horizon server
• Address validation works correctly
• Utilities are typed with TypeScript
