Fix the OAV resizing for multiple screen sizes

The OAV screen struggles with being responsive on different screen sizes so a look through the underlying structure of the entire page may be required to make it far more responsive for different sizes.

The breakpoints of different screen sizes will follow the MUI's sizes. Anything below lg (large, 1200px width) will be too small for both the OAV viewer and a sidebar so a single column may be better, similar to a mobile application layout.

Lg and xl will have a sidebar. lg will be more compact in size though to make sure it fits, though may shrink the oav screen a little to provide more room for the sidebar.
