Have a way for a user to add "pre-made packs" in the launcher and download them #12
Description
So the idea is to have an 'Add Pack' button. The user would click it and be promoted a pop up window with an area to enter information such as a link address.
Lets say in this scenario that its an address the user would then put in an address that would link to where a pack zip file is waiting to be downloaded. After hitting enter the launcher downloads that zip pack file and puts it in the packs folder.
