Failed to install Web RTC in my project. How do i resolve this issue

I have no idea what WebRtc is. Please provide more context

its a framework in that enable Real Time Communications like videos, audios. So i am trying to implement the framework in my project for a video chat app but its saying package does not contain any assembly references and have changed my .NETFramework version to v4.6.2 till v4.7 but it still refuses to install

I'm not sure how this is related to BMVC. An unrelated package is failing to install...
