Implement Doichain Permission Request Certificate #148
Description
When requesting a Doichain Permission it is so far not clear who is requesting an email permission from which party. Also there's a possibility it can be faked. In order to circumvent this a solution would be a certificate in pdf form signed by both party's (alice / bob)
In a next version Bob (validator) should attach such a certificate in PDF format. (+the signatures)
