Issues with readme.md

There is no cs folder, i tried to generate a project file and build but ended up with error

Best i could build this against was .netcore 2.0.3 after testing on 2.1 with the same error

just to note the dynamicLinker also fails unless i add -fPIC to the Makefile in there
