dumm_spark missing when PyPI installation is used

When we install the package directly from PyPI, i.e., using

pip install drudge

it misses out on dumm_spark which is included as a submodule in the GitHub repository.

An easy PyPI installation, that also build drudgeCAS/DummyRDD would be much better.
