Unable to clear Start / Finish date once set for a library entry

Description

Currently, Kitsune does not allow keeping the Start or Finish date empty once a date has been set.

Steps to reproduce

• Open any library entry.
• Set a Start date or Finish date.
• Save the entry.
• Re-open the entry and try to remove the date (clear the field or revert to empty).

Observed behavior

• The date picker only allows selecting another date.
• There is no option to clear the date or set it back to null / empty.
• This forces every entry to always have a Start and/or Finish date once touched.

Expected behavior

• Users should be able to keep Start and Finish dates optional.
• There should be a way to clear the date field
