TimeToRotate

Issue:
If there is a "TimeToRotate" defined then the participant should be rotated in 360 in the amount of time defined and then the "TimeAllotted" for the trial should begin

Issue: This does not work if TimeAllotted is <= TimeToRotate
If TimeAllotted <= TimeToRotate then rotation and trial ends after TimeAllotted.

Works fine if:
If TimeAllotted > TimeToRotate

Note: I changed "TimeToRotate" to "Rotate" and "TimeAllotted" to "TrialTime"

I don't think this is a huge issue for the first release but would be nice to fix at some point.
