store event key in url

instead of determining specific event key during login and cacheing the key, use nuxt routing to figure out current event

for example
scoutingwebsite.com/2025nccmp/dashboard
scoutingwebsite.com/2025ncmec/scout

make it easy to switch between different events especially when looking at team data
