Process to handle meaningful but non-mappable trait terms

Think about how to handle terms we know we can't map but are still meaningful terms, e.g. caused by mutation in the tbc1 domain family, member 24. These clutter up the spreadsheet and take up curator time to filter out, so we should come up with a process to handle them in some way.

This is increasingly problematic as we've now likely curated the majority of mappable terms, so the fact that they recur in each curation spreadsheet is even more irritating for curators who continue to skip terms for the same reasons each time.

One potential solution is to track skipped terms and filter them from the curation spreadsheet, but still include them in evidence generation.
