Messages don't result in locations on map #6
Description
The functionality to place a user's location on the maps of receiving stations doesn't work consistently. Need to identify whether this is a function of a lack of repeating from the balloon, or if the repeated number of user locations needs to be increased on the receiving stations to ensure point placement on the map.
