cannot download some apk from huawei app store

I looks like some app can be download it, but some cannot, and it just returns without a hint.

apkeep -a sz.szsmk.citizencard -d huawei-app-gallery .

more examples, these cannot be download either. I assume app id is the same cross different stores, i find them out using sj.qq.com as huawei don't display the app id on the website.

for you information, it might be region locked for some apps
