create stable links for resources #2
Description
Good to have live links for e.g. emulators and blogs, but stable resources (Readings, Setup Guides) should either have Wayback links or PDFs downloaded to this repo.
Some categories probably merit both (i.e. hobby sites and forums should have live links as long as they exist, but also offer links to Wayback captures)
