What would needed to work towards a standard template for the 'RunAnalysis.R' (or 'extras/CodeToRun.R' in OHDSI study packages)?

Comment AS: "Thinking about the contents of the CodeToRun.R, it has a few major elements: connection details to the CDM, environment settings (i.e. where to write the results, Andromeda temp location) and then potentially site-specific study settings (i.e. censor results below a minimum cell count). After that, it would be great if all study packages had a consistent entry point function to further standardize the way in which studies are invoked."
