Ping location for allies

Allow pointing a position (like a vent) and it shows up like a waypoint for allies.

• Should be a bind like +ping or something.
• It should probably show name of who pinged it below it.
• Also possibly add in minimap too
• Maybe add cvar for others to disable it personally.
