CCN task Monitoring & Logging

The Monitoring and Logging capability represents a cornerstone of the Operations Building Block within the
EOEPCA architecture. It provides the foundation for maintaining observability, reliability, and operational
control across the distributed ecosystem of EOEPCA+ services. According to the high-level requirements
defined in the EOEPCA Operations BB specification, this capability ensures that every component of the
architecture—whether core platform service, domain-specific application, or external integration—exposes
measurable indicators of health, performance, and activity through a unified and standards-based framework.

eoAPI already collects metrics and offers observability tools such as Grafana. The goal of this ticket is to support that these metrics become part of the Operations Building Block
