Problem finding reactions in helper_gen_models_yeast.py

Hi, I'm trying to run the code in python, but a warning arrises showing that "Could not found reaction xxxx in the coupling directory" , this message repeats for all reactions. Could you tell me on which code file the reaction's directory file is defined? because a I'm not been able to find it, either a file on the Zenodo's repository where reactions are defined.
