[HDEE]: Improve Documentation

Specifically, we need to improve:

• Provide documentation for advanced users regarding how they can integrate their own custom cores into Resen; this will be especially relevant for modelers, who do not exclusively use Python
• Improve the data storage mounting documentation (community feedback suggested a need to better differentiate between host directories and bucket directories),
• Improve Linux post-install documentation to include “gotchas”,
• Expand the documentation for the “export” command, specifically detailing what is contained in an exported bucket, and
• Provide documentation for best practices while using Resen to perform reproducible scientific data analysis.
