[BUG] Random and unexpected failure during survey #87

Describe the bug
During the survey that I participated, the survey get finished unexpectedly, and the attached error dialog appears.
To Reproduce
Since I tried the survey multiple times after that, and I didn't get the error, it only occurs in a specific state that needs deep investigation in the source code.
