Add reasonable time for breaks in combustion routes

If you drive long distances in a car with an internal combustion engine, you take breaks. The time for these breaks is not included in the displayed route, while it is for electric cars (breaks during charging stops). This biases the result.

Not sure if this is really accurate.
Me personally, I can drive 4-5h without a break and then I would do a quick stop for 10 minutes.
Maybe we can gather accurate data for that somehow?
