Added a new y offset option to the config that sets a separate offset for the bar when riding a mount that can jump.

Added a new y offset option to the config that sets a separate offset for the bar when riding a mount that can jump.
Tested using Nostalgia Tweaks to disable the experience bar. Works well :)
