Allow Multiple People To Edit

Not going to be multiplayer editing, like Google Docs, but going to be similar to how GitHub saves changes. It looks at differences.

should be another type of deck visibility, probably called EDIT. If the user has this ability, they can edit the deck just like their own and save it. The only problem arises when 2 ppl are editing at the same time, in which case maybe there should be a way to lock it so only one person can use the deck editor of a certain deck at a time.
