Discord Bot Tasks

Whenever discord bot get's created, would like these commands to be present:

1. get number users (to make us feel good about ourselves)
2. get number decks (also make ourselves feel good)
3. ranking decks (ranking decks by liked, shows top 10)
4. verify user to acc (for discord actions later)
5. website link (idk)
6. get songs, most liked songs (to support the baberaham)
7. user get stats (with verification)
8. user get decks (with verification)
9. user get folders, lists decks inside (with verification)
10. user edit config (with verification) (can't be done yet)
11. user send friend rq to user on discord or email (with verification)
