Avoid using html style tables

**Describe the bug**
Maybe we should avoid using deep/big html style tables in readme/release notes. They have a slightly higher level of "effort" to maintain/update and grow.

**Expected behavior**
ToDo: Define an alternative.
- Maybe if the explanations involves having deep (table inside a table) html style tables, then we are explaining the wrong way?
