Change Driver Installation Location

- [ ] Document structure needs updating

     - Add instructions in **Getting Started** to install Drivers respective to Windows Version and OS Type in "Installing EmotiBit Software" instead of in "Installing EmotiBit Firmware" to ensure users have Drivers installed
