Fix Script to clone libraries sections

## Description
https://github.com/EmotiBit/EmotiBit_Docs/blob/master/Keep_emotibit_up_to_date.md sections: `Script to clone EmotiBit libraries` and `Script to clone non-EmotiBit libraries` need updating. Perhaps a better solution would be to update the scripts included with EmotiBit_Featherwing and point to those script in docs rather than double source of truth.
