Add a section for using emotibitCommSettings.json::includeList and link out of Enterprise WIFI section

Description

The Enterprise WiFi creds section inside https://github.com/EmotiBit/EmotiBit_Docs/blob/master/Getting_Started.md#adding-wifi-credentials states that "We don't currently support discoverability on different subnets", which is outdated. At minimum it should reference usage of the includeList section of emotibitCommSettings.json. Perhaps ideally we'd find a nice place to start documenting the features of emotibitCommSettings.json and point to the includeList section from the Enterprise WiFi creds.

Removed the outdated section. Need to add a patch on information on the emotibitCommSettings file. Currently points to FAQ
