Add Backwards Compatability

This feature would involve compiling .py files into .dll files. This would allow the user much more flexibility as Python is a much more robust language than C++ in terms of designing algorithms.

A possible solution can be found here though it looks very hard to do. Consider this a risky proposition to follow if you plan to develop this as I imagine it would be very difficult to implement/find a way of accomplishing this feat.
