Applies child elements at the location the caster is looking at

Options

Range	range	Scaling Number	How far away to be able to target

Details

• Most mechanics will not do anything to the location, as it isn't an actual target
• Should be combined with other targets such as Area
• Can be used to make traps when used with Repeat
