[framework] Deprecate unnecessary methods from framework

There are multiple modules that are not used within the context of supra-framework. To reduce the size of the framework bytecode, identify relevant modules and deprecate the methods to unclutter framework.

• Create sub-issues and continue to work on PR as modules are identified as unnecessary for the framework.
