Write an editorial on the harm of using letters #74
Description
One of the goals of ELSP is to mitigate the harm of using recommendation letters. It would be useful if we made our stance on recommendation letters clear (not great) and gave reasons why. This could exist as a page on the website and/or be submitted as an editorial to a journal.
