Defaults when prompting for personal remote/branch

When confirming the head remote and branch, one confirmation leads into two options:

> Do you want to push to alorente/master? [Ynaq?] n

If you only want to change one of them, it'd be nice if the other had a default.
To what remote would you like to push [alorente]?
To what branch would you like to push [master]?
