A2+ Course Iteration with Integrated Skills & Save/Submit

HYPOTHESIS

We believe that [user]: A2+ learners on Sherab platform
Need [function]: lessons that integrate reading, listening, speaking, and writing based on the same content theme and exercises that include Save & Submit functionality
In order to [benefit]: improve learning continuity, engagement, and readiness for IELTS-style tasks while staying within A2+ CEFR level
This will increase our North Star Metric by [number]: 15% improvement in learner performance and 20% increase in unit completion rate

TEST

To verify that, we will:

• Redesign A2+ lessons so each unit integrates all four skills on the same theme.
• Add IELTS-style adapted tasks for each skill (MCQ, gap-fill, short writing, cue-card speaking).
• Implement Save & Submit button across all exercises and test functionality.

METRIC

And measure:

1. % of lessons integrating all four skills (target: 100%).
2. % of exercises with Save & Submit enabled (target: 100%).
3. Learner engagement: increase in exercise completion (target: ≥20%).
4. Learning outcome improvement (target: ≥15%).

CRITERIA

We are right if:

1. All lessons integrate reading, listening, speaking, and writing on the same theme.
2. Save & Submit works across all exercises and pilot shows improved engagement and performance (≥15% score improvement).
