Claude often stops after some time running the commands

Hey there, essentially the title.

I’ve noticed Claude often stopping - as if finished - when running the commands.

On vanilla install, I’ve tried to run `/workflows:plan` with some instructions. After a while it stopped, no error or anything, as if it finished. But it didn’t generate the plan file. Same thing with `/workflows:work`. 

What am I doing wrong?
