Request for a new layout design

Hi @RVeips, first of all awesome project! I really liked the video and really appreciate you making this open source.

If you are not already working on a new version I would like to do a respin with a beautiful layout design and streamline the manufacturing file deployment so that we can make this available to more people. I think this would look great with a nice PCB and a case.

We can use KiBot to generate reproducible manufacturing output and it would be easier to regenerate them when you do a new version.

You have a firmware with a pretty tight control loop but maybe we can also rewrite it in Zephyr.

I really would like to make a contribution so please let me know what you think and if you have some other plans for future versions.
