Description
As an admin, i can lend a book for a member of GSG, by validation if the book available or not , and validation by number to check if he is a member of not, and rest of information should complete automatically.
Success Criteria:
- show reserve form.
- validation for GSG books by know if it borrow or not.
- validation for member of GSG by mobile number.
- out Complete for the rest of information if the he is a member.
