Remove libnvrtc-builtins.so workaround #28
Description
The google-colab branch has a workaround for libnvrtc-builtins.so issues.
Once FLAMEGPU/FLAMEGPU2#1193 is resolved and we do a release, we will be able to remove this hardcoded workaround.
