eSim 2.4 not working in windows

Fixing eSim 2.4 installation issues for windows

eSim 2.4 is installed in Windows , these issues are currently mentioned in the installation instructions but they need to be resolved.

Major Issues:

1. After the installation is completed, we have to download and add the following file to the esim home directory(FOSSEE\eSim\ folder):
   https://github.com/FOSSEE/eSim/blob/master/src/frontEnd/TerminalUi.ui#L6

2.We have to download and add the following executable to the nghdl folder(FOSSEE\eSim\nghdl\src location):

Steps to Reproduce

Install eSim 2.4 on windows and try to generate plots for it

Expected Behavior

eSim should get installed without the need of adding any files .
