Defects found during Software Testing

We have conducted some testing to FSKTM Online Alumni System and here are some defects found.

1. User unable to receive validation email after registering a user account for register user account.
2. Identification number input by user can be more than 12 digits and consists of characters for manage alumni account.
3. Graduation year input by user can be less than 1974 and more than current year for manage alumni account.
4. Unable to input job salary with decimal point for job advertisement.
5. Schedule date can be smaller than current date for create event.
6. Invalid file type still can successfully submit for create event.
7. Event date that earlier than the current date still able to be submitted for update and delete event.
