Zach's Bugs + Snags (WIP) #2

Description

@zherring

WIP - Writing up parts to fix, some of these I can fix, not expecting Francois to get all of these, but I need to capture somewhere. :)

Main Page

image

  • Top header modal, add standard padding between elements (I think in the designs it's .5rem (base 16px font though)

  • "Add to cart button" opens the pop-up cart. Preferred behavior: Cart remains closed until they click the "Open Cart" button. We want to make adding additional items as quickly as possible.

image

  • Up-down caret broken in Safari

image

  • Pre-round opening, "Read more" should take up 100% of the space at the bottom. Spacing looks weird here.
Also add "cart" button treatment to the Read More link.

image

  • More padding on the Filter bar, tightness of the space is claustrophobic. I think the standard padding in top level elements is .75rem, would apply that here.

image

  • Some tightening up here. 1px solid border of $gray-2 (#CBCBCB)

image

  • Capitalize "Website" and "Github"

Single Collective Page

image

  • Desired Change: + spacing in the bottom needs to match the + spacing at the top

image

  • Change pointer to 'Grab' once cursor enters the chart

[ ] On medium breakpoint, this static col display breaks for the right matching number. Could use variable font sizes () or could just use Flexbox on the container and kill the col classes to align. It won't be pixel perfect but less work (example below) 👇

Blog

  • Change Blog header to App Header

image

  • We already have a "subscribe" on the bottom right corner (Google Material side) so we aren't losing anything if we make the navigation consistent and I don't think the blog or the app is so fully featured that we have to have separate navs for each.
