Gift code / coupon support?

As the quadratic funding acts much like a vote, I'd like to give out coupons to members of a project I'm involved with.
Rather than making a single project-level donation, the team could individually choose projects to back.

Not sure if this is deliberately omitted for sybil concerns, but if possible I'd love to see coupon support. 👍

Thanks for the idea @Beanow this sounds a lot like the pre-paid gift-card project we did at open collective a while back. We may well be able to incorporate that though we might find it makes it easier to game the fund.
