Use Vue.js refactor UI

We want to show both active tasks and completed tasks for a marathon application. But it could be very dynamic. Specially for those applications crash often. We want to read the STDOUT / STDERR from the completed tasks. Which means the instances tab could keep increasing. So we need to use Visual DOM to enhance the performance of UI rendering. So let try Vue.js
