Yugabyte connection issues.

Remove curio/yugabyte from faults, because currently when testing Filecoin OnChain Cloud, in recent runs, we see these logs

2026-02-02T01:54:48.652Z ERROR storage-market storage-market/storage_market.go:839 Error creating indexing tasks for migrated deals: failed to connect to "host=yugabyte user=yugabyte database=yugabyte": dial error (dial tcp 10.89.0.2:5433: connect: connection refused)

and we see lots of yugabyte crashes like

Can we remove them given yugabyte is critical dependency and curio cannot handle without the connectivity.

Fix yugabyte connectivity issue. Any ideas here and a plan?? Share here @ryao-01.
