Allow customizing the length of the Infotext bar at the top of the screen. #47

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some people do not want to see the infotext bar stretch across the entire screen and preferred having the "divided" option that was provided in V3:
Describe the solution you'd like
Have Infotext options that will allow to "define" where the bar "begins" and where it "ends".
Additional context
This solution would support both layout configurations: ____/‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾\____ and ‾‾‾‾‾\________/‾‾‾‾‾
The first one would be accomplished by having the "end" to the left of where it "begins".
